SECTION 1 - CUSTOM HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All our crystal jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that natural crystals may vary slightly in color, shape, and size from the images shown on our website. These variations are characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.

SECTION 2 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DELAYS
We ship worldwide from our studio. While we pre-pay import taxes and duties (DDP) to ensure a smooth delivery, KIRA Crystals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspection processes, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
